Dehydrated Garbanzo Beans

Tahini

Lemon Juice
Fresh squeezed
Instructions
Soak raw dehydrated garbanzo beans overnight
Rinse thoroughly and change water to reduce gas
Boil garbanzo beans until soft, remove froth while boiling, save water for step 7
Blend 4 cups of warm cooked garbanzo beans until smooth
Add ½ cup of tahini and blend
Add ½ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice and blend
Slowly add water from step 3 to achieve desired texture
Add a Whole Lotta Love to complete the recipe
Garnish with extra virgin olive oil, pine nuts, garbanzos, and parsley to taste.
